September 1 – Deadline for Sponsors to submit their Hi-Res logo for general event signage (min. 300 dpi)
September 11 – Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) deadline
September 16 – Last day to book hotel rooms at the discounted rate
September 20 – Deadline to submit graphic files for booths and showcases
September 22 – Complete your Online Profile
September 25 – Spread the News – Use the promo toolkit
September 25 – Last Day to order booth furnishings or accessories
September 29 – Deadline to order WiFi or electrical outlets
September 29 – Sizzle reel videos are due
October 6 – Last Day shipments are accepted to the Advance Warehouse, including custom booths, promotional items, and un-infused products.
October 6 – Shipments to Showsite accepted
October 6 – Deadline to register staff
October 10 – Deadline to deliver shipments Showsite

How to update your company profile
Each exhibitor’s booth manager received an email from MJ Unpacked Detroit, aka [email protected], with the subject line, “Tell attendees about you!” That email contains your unique username and password to update/edit your company description and contact.
