By completing this form, you are giving permission to MJ Unpacked, its organizer, and affiliates to communicate this information to the attendees of the Venture Summit.

Investors have been screened for intent and potential to lend, invest, or provide access to capital, but we cannot verify they meet the SEC’s accredited investor criteria.  This is your responsibility if a requirement for investing in your company.  

Much of the information will be provided to the investors in print form, along with an exhibit floor map.  We cannot guarantee the security of the printed dossiers once we hand them to the investors.  If there is information that you deem confidential, please do not provide a response to those questions.
