We strongly encourage you to ship to the Advanced Warehouse. This will make sure your materials arrive in advance of your arrival.

This must arrive no later than Friday, October 6th at 5 p.m.

• 8×20 Bare Space: 1,200 lb

Showsite via Carrier

If you are shipping directly to the show site using an LTL carrier, this must arrive on Monday, October 9th.

Show Site via POV (personally operated vehicle)

If you are local and want to drop off any larger shipments, you will need to arrive on Tuesday, October 10 after 10 a.m.

Please see this map to arrive at the Continental Loading Dock at the Motor City Casino Hotel.

Hand Carry

If you only have a few small boxes or a suitcase with your display items, you can hand carry these into the exhibit hall yourself. 

You must go through the hotel by the parking lot or valet.  

The hotel is union, so no pushcarts or other conveyance devices will be allowed on the show floor. 

Exhibitor Set-up is on Tuesday, October 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please plan appropriately, as we will be allowing delegates onto the show floor starting at 4 p.m. for investors and 5 p.m. for the general delegates. 

Outbound Shipping

You will need to arrange outbound shipping in advance.

There is no Fed Ex or UPS office onsite.  Please refer to the options our general contractor, Convention & Show Services, provided here.

If you have a small shipment that you need to send and are in a pinch, please see one of our team on the floor during the breakdown, and we can assist.
